Klynchat Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-23. Preliminary version — must be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.

1. Acceptance

Klynchat is 100% free for all users — no subscription, no in-app purchase, no paid tier. AJIC reserves the right to evolve this model in the future, in which case users will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will keep free access to core features.

By creating a Klynchat account, you agree to these Terms of Service. Klynchat is operated by AJ Immigration Consulting (AJIC). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1 bis. Privacy & administrative access

New messages exchanged on Klynchat are end-to-end encrypted (E2EE). AJIC administrators and super-administrators cannot read the content of encrypted messages: only metadata (type, size, timestamp, sender, recipient) remain visible for moderation and legal compliance purposes. Webhooks delivered to partner integrations never contain message content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Klynchat account. By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Sign-up and verification

Sign-up requires a valid phone number and an SMS verification code sent via Twilio. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and verification codes private. Contact AJIC support if you lose or change your number.

4. AJIC Advisor accounts

Official AJIC advisors display a blue verification checkmark. This badge is granted exclusively by AJIC to phone numbers pre-registered in the consultant directory. Impersonation attempts will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Klynchat for harassment, fraud, illegal content, violence, hate speech, pornography, or to impersonate an advisor. Any attempt to bypass security measures will result in permanent suspension.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the content (messages, photos, documents) you post. You grant AJIC a limited license strictly required to technically deliver the service (storage, transmission, display).

7. Suspension and termination

AJIC may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, shows suspicious activity (SIM swap, abnormal sign-ins), or at the request of competent authorities. You may request deletion of your account at any time via the settings page.

8. No warranty

Klynchat is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, immediate message delivery, or the complete absence of vulnerabilities. We apply industry security best practices, but no technology is infallible.

9. Limitation of liability

AJIC shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use Klynchat, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AJ Immigration Consulting. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the company's headquarters.
